Working in partnership with Browne Jacobson LLP

We are really pleased to be working with Nick Mackenzie from Browne Jacobson , on the design and delivery of a workshop format designed specifically for both Trust non-executives and executives that draws on our respective experience.

The aim is to allow Trustees and Trust senior leaders to better understand each-others roles, and look at how best to work together to further the strategic aims of their Trust.

 This can then be tied into the examination of those strategic aims, how the Trust is equipped to deliver them and how this fits within the changing Trust growth and development landscape.

 We are very pleased to be working in partnership with one of the top education law organisations in the country on this project. We both recognise that the development of governance needs to go hand in hand with that of Trust leadership teams if they are able to fulfil their potential and be part of the DfE’s plans for the future of MAT’s.
